    I always find that January is a time when we can become a little down, a time to return back to work, the shopping whether online or picking it up on our way home from work and then there’s the general housework to do when we get home.     Yesterday we decided it was time to think about putting up the Yurt in Truffle Wood ready for delivering the group weight loss sessions.  However, something happened that stopped play, we found Truffles, how exciting!  We planted spores around the Oak Trees last year and was not expecting to find any Truffles for another 8-10 years.  But unbeknown to us, it would appear that the spores are aleady in the woods naturally.
