One Day Group Weight Management Course
The One Day Group  Session for Weight Management is delivered in a traditional Yurt set in a Truffle Wood.

We work with you to realign your thoughts  and help you to think positively.  Hypnotherapy supports you to change your relationship with food and in turn helps you lose weight naturally and keep it off for good.

You will be able to eat whatever you want, as long as you eat Mindfully, this means you will learn how to think about how each mouthful looks, tastes and feels. When you do this it allows you to eat slowly and therefore you will know when you are full.  We will discuss changing how you eat, to only eating when you are hungry and not when you think you are.  
One to One Hypnotherapy
 Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that utilises the power of positive, words, images and suggestions to bring about subconscious change to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Your hypnotherapy programme starts with an induction session where we will discuss your needs and come up with an agreed plan for therapy.  Your therapy will then be individually tailored to your exact needs and one that we can change as we go along if need be. 
We are afterall individuals!

Your therapy will take place in a private, relaxing cabin on the edge of the woods.

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness is about being able to tune into what is happening in and around us in a conscious and purposeful way.​

How does mindfulness help us? Research has linked mindfulness meditation with a long list of personal and interpersonal benefits including:

-better control of our emotions
-decrease dwelling on negative thoughts
- improved working memory
- better self-awarness
-improved awarness of thoughts
-reduced depression and anxiety
-reduced physical illness
-decreased emotional reacivity
- more flexible thinking
-increased positive emotions
-decreased negative emotions.

Activities during the course will include:
Mindful Breathing, Mindful sitting, Mindful walking and eating mindfully.

These will help you become non-judgmental, accept things the way they are, notice thoughts and emotions as they occur, to be fully in the moment and to be observant.




Teenager Art Therapy &
 the 21 day challenge


These sessions are delivered across 3 consecutive Wednesdays between 2 pm and 4pm.


The course uses a combination of meditation art, affirmation art, manifaestation art and Journal art in a theraputic manner.

Its aim is to identify, take action and create life changes, increase well-being, to help overcome limiting thoughts and behaviours, reduce stresses, leading to re-centring and establishment of newer, healthier patterns of thinking and behaviours

These sessions will be delivered in a combination of a woodland setting, the mongolian Yurt and other open areas, therefore it is essential that both appropriate clothing and footwear is brought.
